However useful video and telephone consultations are at this time we will always arrange a face to face consultation to confirm the diagnosis and procedure prior to any invasive procedures being performed. This will always take place in a covid secure facility.
Can I have a remote consultation?

Will my insurance cover a distance consultation?
Most major insurers have confirmed that they will cover remote consultations in the light of the current situation.
If you are using Private Health Insurance to fund your care, as usual please contact your insurer in advance to authorise.

Remote consultations are secure.
Our remote consultations are fully compliant, in line with data protection regulations and follow insurance guidelines. This means you can be assured that:
- The video stream is encrypted
- There is a direct connection between our clinicians and you
- The session is not recorded by the provider of the service
- The consultation will be held in a private location on our end
- As with face to face consultations, we will protect any personal data or information you provide during the consultation.
