I cannot thank Mr Halford and his team enough

The General Public often complain about the NHS so I consider that good service should be acknowledged when due. Mr Halford and his team recently completed surgery on my foot and I cannot praise them enough. This is a second time Mr Halford has assisted me in circa four years (different problems on my part). There is not a long wait for appointments and, once made, they are kept, no cancellations or changing of operation dates as often seen in the Health Service. Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming, caring and considerate. I was made to feel at ease at every step of the process. The is a ‘happy’ team and it is obvious to me that the staff have considerable respect for Mr Halford. I cannot thank Mr Halford and his team enough for the help they have given me and I consider the clinic should be held as a ‘Centre of Excellence’.
