I have now received treatment from you and all the team at the unit on three occasions and each time have encountered the same friendly, thoughtful, caring and thoroughly professional approach from every person who has helped me. Whilst, these days, we only seem to hear horror stories about the NHS I can only say that your department cannot be faulted and I wish you all continued willingness and ability to deliver first class treatment to all who come through your doors.
